|Emanuele M. Calabrò
Emanuele M. Calabrò was born in 1987. He received the Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2012 from the University of Pisa. In 2013 he completed his thesis on Chemical and Mechanical characterization of Peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) at University of Pisa. From 2011 to 2012 he collaborated with the EndoCAS Research Center (University of Pisa) on “In Vitro Validation of an Electromagnetic Navigation Platform for Endovascular Surgery”. Since August 2013 he has been working as researcher on piezoelectric nanostructured trasducers at EndoCAS
Roberta Piazza was born in 1987 in Erice (TP). She received the master degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy, in 2015. She is a reserch scholar at the EndoCAS Center and she is currently working on the design and the development of a sensorized catheter for endovascular procedures.
Sara Sinceri was born in 1984 in La Spezia. She received the master degree in Biomedical engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy, in 2012. She is a research fellow at the EndoCAS Centre where she is working in the field of ultrasound imaging, in particular her main interest is focused on study and testing of new materials for ultrasound phantom.
